This vibrant showcase continues to highlight the talent within our community, with new works now on view in the corner space across from Free People. The public is invited to enjoy the display from the sidewalk at any time.
AUGUST 6, 2025 – IMAGE STUDIOS® NOW OPEN AT PERKINS ROWE – SALON SPACES AVAILABLE TO RENT
BATON ROUGE, LA – PerkinsRowe is excited to announce that IMAGE Studios®, the leader in salon and spa studio spaces, is now officially open at 10000 Perkins Rowe. The brand-new location occupies 5,275 sqft of beautifully designed space in the heart of Baton Rouge, and salon professionals can now lease their own private studios.
JULY 8, 2025 – FOOD TRUCK ROUND-UP AT THE ROWE RETURNS ON AUGUST 8
BATON ROUGE, LA – Perkins Rowe is excited to announce the return of its popular community event, Food Truck Round-Up at the Rowe, happening Friday, August 8 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This will be the final Food Truck Round-Up at the Rowe of the year with the most trucks in attendance to date consisting of 17 trucks.

BATON ROUGE, LA – Tacos del Cartel, the elevated Mexican concept that has redefined modern Mexican cuisine in New Orleans, is bringing its bold flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and lively atmosphere to Baton Rouge. The restaurant will open in early spring 2025 in Perkins Rowe, one of the city’s most dynamic retail and entertainment hubs.
