    Code of Conduct

    Welcome to Perkins Rowe! To ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for all patrons, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following rules of conduct:

    1. Age Restrictions:

    • After 8 PM daily, patrons 17 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21.
    • Valid ID must be provided as proof of age.
    • Exemptions apply to Cinemark patrons within specific timeframes.

    2. Behavior Standards:

    • Treat others with respect and kindness.
    • Prohibited behaviors include fighting, harassment, offensive actions, and disruptive conduct.
    • Loitering in violation of the property’s intended use will result in removal.

    3. Responsible Actions:

    • Refrain from shouting, loud noises, or indecent language.
    • Do not deface or damage property.
    • Avoid the use of glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, etc.
    • Glass containers are not prohibited on property.
    • Assemble responsibly; groups exceeding five may be asked to disperse.
    • Do not block access to entrances or parking areas.
    • Do not run, skate, or skateboard.
    • Use benches and chairs for sitting only.
    • Pets must be leashed at all times.
    • Weapons of any type are not permitted on the property.

    4. Alcohol and Smoking Policy:

    • Alcohol use is restricted to designated areas.
    • Smoking, electronic cigarrettes included, is allowed only in designated areas.
    • Maintain a distance of 20 feet from business entrances.

    5. Dress Code:

    • Dress appropriately; avoid obscene or offensive clothing.

    6. Property Use:

    • No distribution of literature, solicitation, or demonstrations without written permission.
    • Property use is for shopping purposes only.

    7. Closing Hours:

    • Leave the premises after closing; no parking or loitering.
    • Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

    8. Compliance and Consequences:

    Follow these rules; non-compliance may result in removal and a specified ban period. Violations may lead to prosecution under applicable laws or ordinances.
