Perkins Rowe is private property. In order to provide a safe, secure and pleasant environment, Perkins Rowe requests your cooperation in complying with the following “rules of conduct” to be followed by all patrons.
After 8 PM daily, all patrons 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21. Valid ID must be provided to show proof of age. This policy DOES NOT pertain to Cinemark patrons who must be waiting in the Great Hall only and cannot be present more than 45 minutes prior to the start time of their movie and 30 minutes after the end of the movie. When outside of this area, you must be coming or going directly to and from your car. One parent or legal guardian can be responsible for more than one juvenile. Parent or legal guardian must be in direct contact and control the juveniles while on Perkins Rowe property. Employees under the age of 18 who work at the various venues within Perkins Rowe are exempt while on duty. Residents under the age of 18 who live within Perkins Rowe are exempt.
Perkins Rowe is for Shopping, Eating and Entertainment. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Appropriate behavior does not include fighting, harassment, offending others or provoking confrontations or disruptive conduct of any nature. Anyone loitering in violation of the property’s intended use will be asked to leave.
Act responsibly. Please refrain from:
• Shouting, making loud noises or using indecent language
• Playing loud music other than what the property provides
• Defacing, damaging or destroying any property belonging to the property, its patrons or tenants
• Assembling in a manner which disturbs the public peace
• Groups congregated in excess of five or more will be asked to disperse
Allow others to shop safely and comfortably. Please…
• Do not block access to store entrances, property entrances, and corridor or parking areas
•Walk, don’t run, skate or skateboard
• Use our benches and chairs for sitting only
• WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY
Observe all Federal, State and Local Laws. Use of alcoholic beverages is restricted to designated areas. During regular school hours, excluding lunch breaks, unaccompanied minors will be asked to leave the property.
Please dress appropriately and observe all health codes and local laws. Clothing should not be worn which is obscene or offensive in nature.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. You may not smoke within 20 feet of a business entrance.
Distribution of literature, solicitation, demonstrations and special promotions or using the property for any purpose other than shopping is prohibited without prior written permission from Property Management. If permitted by law or if you have any questions, please visit the Property Management Office for more information.
When the stores, restaurants and theater are closed, please leave. Please do not park or loiter on the property after closing. Unauthorized vehicles parked overnight may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Please follow these Rules of Conduct. If you do not, we will ask you to leave and stay away for a specified period of time. You may also be subject to prosecution for violation of applicable laws or ordinances. If you have any questions, please call the Property Management Office at (225) 767-2001.
