BATON ROUGE, LA – Tex-Mex restaurant, Barrio Burrito Bar has opened at Perkins Rowe. The restaurant occupies 1,580 sqft of 2nd generation space next to Barnes & Noble. The Perkins Rowe location is Barrio Burrito Bar’s Louisiana Flagship.

BATON ROUGE, LA – Wild Day at the Rowe with the Baton Rouge Zoo returns this Saturday, April 25 from 10:00am until 1:00pm at Perkins Rowe.
This family-friendly event will include ambassador animals from the Baton Rouge Zoo, live music, children’s activities, face painting, games and more!

BATON ROUGE, LA – Perkins Rowe announced today that the eyewear brand, Warby Parker, has opened to the public and will celebrate their Grand Opening on Saturday, April 4. The store occupies 1,894 sqft of 2nd generation space at 10156 Perkins Rowe, Suite 130. This is the first Baton Rouge location.
FEBRUARY 24, 2026 – ROCK N ROWE RETURNS ON MARCH 5 FOR SPRING SERIES
BATON ROUGE, LA – Rock N Rowe returns to Perkins Rowe on March 5 with live music by The Michael Foster Project. The free concert series will occur each Thursday from 6:00 – 9:00pm between March 5-April 23.
