Owners of City Pork and City Slice to launch new food and beverage concept later this year
BATON ROUGE, LA – Perkins Rowe announced today that the mixed-use development will welcome City Group Hospitality Co. and Apricot Lane to its tenant mix. Both tenants are set to open in 2019.
City Group Hospitality Co., the owners of City Pork and City Slice, is bringing a new food and beverage concept to Perkins Rowe this year. The restaurant will operate in the 5,735 SF restaurant space next to Orvis, formerly occupied by Applebee’s. Ben Graham of SVN – Graham, Langlois & Legendre, LLC brokered the lease.
“We are super excited about the opportunity to join the Perkins Rowe community,” stated Stephen Hightower, managing partner for City Group Hospitality Co. “In the upcoming months, we will unveil the much-anticipated new concept and culinary direction for the restaurant.”
Apricot Lane will also join Perkins Rowe in Spring 2019. Apricot Lane is a women’s fashion boutique franchise offering branded apparel, jewelry, handbags and accessories. The boutique will offer a unique selection that caters to the Baton Rouge community’s specific taste, while keeping up with the latest fashion trends – all at affordable prices.
