Perkins Rowe Welcomes Warby Parker

BATON ROUGE, LA (January 5, 2026) – Perkins Rowe announced today that the eyewear brand, Warby Parker, will be joining its tenant mix. The store will occupy 1,894 sqft of 2^nd generation space at 10156 Perkins Rowe, Suite 130.  This will be the first Baton Rouge location.

Warby Parker was founded in 2010 by four business students who saw that glasses were far too expensive for most people. By designing eyewear in-house and selling directly to customers, the company set out to offer stylish, high-quality prescription glasses at a fraction of traditional retail prices. From its start online, Warby Parker has grown into a major eyewear brand with both online and physical retail presence, all while maintaining its mission to make buying eyewear simple, fun, and affordable. The company also gives a pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair sold through its Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.
