Grab those yoga mats! We’re partnering with barre3 on a sunset community workout series in October. The workouts will take place every Wednesday evening from October 7-28 on The Green – adjacent to Anthropologie. Registration opens at 5:00pm and classes begin at 5:30pm. *In order to maintain proper social distancing, classes will be limited to 40 participants. You must register prior to class.
New to barre3? Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout that combines strength training, cardio, and mindfulness. Throughout these 45-minute classes, you’ll be guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micro-movements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts. The barre3 signature approach will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
All classes in this series are free to attend. Attendees are encouraged bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a pal!

Introducing a new drive-in concert series at The Rowe featuring Louisiana artists. Kicking it off is The Walrus – A Beatles Tribute Band on Thursday, 11/5, followed by The Chris LeBlanc Band on 11/12, and Travis Matte & The Kingpins on 11/19. All shows are 6-8pm CT.
Tickets are $30 per car – up to 5 people per car. In order to maintain proper social distancing, tickets are extremely limited. You must have a ticket to attend.
50% of ticket proceeds will benefit Alzheimer’s Services of the Capital Area.

This can be done without rolling your window down. Once you’re scanned in, you’ll follow attendant directions to your parking spot.
