The workouts will take place every Wednesday evening from October 7-28 on The Green – adjacent to Anthropologie. Registration opens at 5:00pm and classes begin at 5:30pm. *In order to maintain proper social distancing, classes will be limited to 40 participants. You must register prior to class.
New to barre3? Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout that combines strength training, cardio, and mindfulness. Throughout these 45-minute classes, you’ll be guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micro-movements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts. The barre3 signature approach will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
All classes in this series are free to attend. Attendees are encouraged bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a pal!
