Tell us about you!
Hi! My name is Victoria Mitchell. I started my Instagram account back in 2016 just for fun and never really thought twice about it. I would post anything and everything I ate, no filter. But then in the summer of 2020, I decided to start putting more effort into the account and actually run it as a real food blog. I feel like I enjoy it now more than ever before. I love giving people restaurants ideas and inspiration for their next meal! I also love posting about my garden and house plants to hopefully inspire people to grow or purchase their own plants! Aside from my account, I just graduated from LSU with my Masters in Accountancy, and I plan to stay in the BR/NOLA area for the foreseeable future! I am a savory breakfast person so I would definitely go for the chicken fried chicken with eggs! It is served with bacon marsala gravy, a biscuit, garlic mashed potatoes, and two eggs. If you know me, you know I LOVE biscuits and gravy for breakfast!
What’s your go-to bowl at Jinya Ramen?
My go-to bowl at Jinya is probably the Sprouting Up Ramen! It has pork and chicken broth, pork chashu, kikurage, spicy bean sprouts, green onion, seasoned egg, crispy brussels sprouts, black pepper, ginger, and thick noodles!
You just flipped your card to green at Texas de Brazil. Which meat are you looking for first?
I’ve actually never been to Texas de Brazil, but the first meat I’d try from the online menu is the parmesan-crusted pork loin! It sounds really delicious!
