Come join us for a 3-week beginner friendly AcroYoga series with GymFit’s Joshua “JRob” Roberts.

This is a great class for anyone of any age or athletic background to come out an learn the basics of AcroYoga/Acrobatics. In this fun, 3-week series, we will begin to learn about safety and the importance of spotting in partner exercise, and basic partner poses and even some fun transitions. The best part about the series is you can join in at any week. All ages are welcome and parents, we encourage you to bring your children with you. This will be an amazing community event and we cannot wait to share our love of circus with everyone!

Please bring yoga mats, towels, blankets (no larger than 2 yoga mats) or anything soft that you would like to lay on.

Partners are NOT required but we always encourage particpants to invite a friend or family member
